Case Submission Guidelines

Requirement: Submission of 10 cases on behalf of 2016 ASBA Diplomate Candidates

Each case submission must be submitted and numbered as cases 1-10, with no names. Names must be whited out!
Cases must be submitted by January 15, 2017 for all Candidates who took the exam in 2016.
Each case must have been treated successfully by you personally. There must be three severe cases that the AHI was reduced by at least 50%. There must be three moderate cases where the AHI was reduced by at least 50% and have a treated AHI of less than 10. There must be four mild to moderate cases where the treated AHI was reduced to less than 5. The diagnostic and follow up studies must be administered by a 3rd party diagnostic facility using either HST or PSG.

The studies for each case along with a brief summary including the type of appliance and your reason for choosing it, should be scanned and emailed in document form to psv101@icloud.com
