What is the cancellation/refund policy for the ASBA Sleep and Wellness Meeting 2015?
Notice of registration or cancellation for the Sleep and Wellness Meeting, guest registration and pre-courses must be in writing via mail, fax, or e-mail. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. Postmark, fax or e-mail date will determine the amount of refund according to the following schedule:
Before March 10, 2015 Full refund.
March 11-14, 2015 Refund registration less $100 administrative fee.
After March 15, 2015 No refund.
If your badge and tickets have been mailed at the time of cancellation, you are required to return them to ASBA Headquarters to receive the applicable refund. Refunds will not be issued on site. A refund that results from a cancellation or change to your registration will be returned to the original payer and in the original method of payment.
